Programs
At Luxury Healthcare, we believe recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Our comprehensive residential treatment programs are thoughtfully designed to support every dimension of your healing—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. With a blend of clinical expertise, compassionate care, and life-enriching experiences, we offer a safe space where individuals can break free from addiction, rebuild their lives, and rediscover purpose. Each program is tailored to meet you where you are, guiding you toward long-term wellness and renewed hope.
Group Counseling
Group sessions at Luxury Healthcare are a safe, judgment-free space where clients connect, share, and grow together. With a focus on vulnerability and shared accountability, these sessions are facilitated by experienced clinicians who guide discussions on topics like identity, trauma, emotional regulation, and relapse triggers. Group work fosters empathy, connection, and a sense of belonging—essential pillars for sustained recovery.
Individual Counseling
Our therapists provide a confidential, one-on-one environment to explore core issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and substance use patterns. Using therapeutic methods including EMDR, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, we help clients gain insight, reprocess painful memories, and develop a strong internal foundation for long-term healing.
Life Skills Training
Clients are taught the skills necessary for independence and self-sufficiency in the real world. Training includes managing finances, organizing schedules, setting goals, healthy communication, maintaining a clean home, digital literacy, and more. Our goal is to equip each individual not just to survive but to thrive post-treatment.
Job Readiness
Our holistic vocational support program goes beyond resumes. We work with clients to identify strengths, align passions with purpose, and rebuild self-esteem lost during active addiction. Clients learn how to present themselves professionally, build LinkedIn profiles, set realistic goals, and navigate the stress of job searching while maintaining recovery.
Outing to 12-Step Meetings
These structured outings promote engagement with the broader recovery community. Whether new to 12-Step philosophy or familiar with it, clients benefit from peer wisdom, structured spiritual exploration, and a consistent source of accountability. These meetings also serve as a bridge to ongoing support post-treatment.
SMART Recovery
SMART Recovery is ideal for those who seek secular, practical recovery paths. Using tools like ABC (Activating event-Belief-Consequence), cost-benefit analysis, and behavioral tracking, clients learn to challenge distorted thinking and build coping mechanisms that empower independent decision-making.
Self-Administered Medication
For clients who are transitioning from monitored to independent medication routines, we offer guidance and supervision. Clients are educated on medication purpose, dosage, timing, interactions, and self-monitoring. This promotes autonomy, reduces errors, and builds trust in their ability to care for their health.
Health and Nutrition
Our in-house chefs and licensed nutritionists work together to provide gourmet meals tailored to each client’s needs. We offer educational workshops on balanced eating, gut-brain health, hydration, and managing cravings through nutrition. Fitness, yoga, and holistic wellness practices complement our nutrition plan to support full-body recovery.
Grief and Loss
Whether due to the death of a loved one, estrangement, or loss of self during addiction, unresolved grief can hinder recovery. Our therapists use a combination of narrative therapy, expressive arts, and support groups to help clients process their emotions and rebuild a sense of identity and hope.
Anger Management
We teach clients how to respond, not react. Through role-play scenarios, journaling, CBT techniques, and mindfulness exercises, clients learn to de-escalate emotionally charged situations and develop internal control. Emphasis is placed on recognizing the early signs of anger, setting boundaries, and communicating assertively.
Relapse Prevention
Relapse prevention is a proactive, skill-based process. Clients develop personalized “recovery toolkits” that include coping mechanisms, crisis plans, support systems, and structured routines. We also help clients understand relapse as a process—not an event—so they’re equipped to intervene early and ask for help.
